Printed on newsprint. 420 x 310 mm. First edition, 2008. Selected as one of the best books 2009. Inside in very good condition other than traces of use and yellowing of the paper. Cover in good condition with tears, one on the back cover at the top left corner and on at the bottom of the spine as well as creasing and little marks (see picture). Yellowing of the paper.
