To camp 1. "Light on" was the first volume of a series of six books Tadayuki Kawahito had planned to do. This unusal photobook presents catchy pictures of women, often nude, in rooms, even in a market and...one man. Extracts of quotes by Frank Zappa and The Beatles added on the cover give to the photobook its tone : "good life good works issue" wrote Tadayuki Kawahito.
The photographer also made a book called The People of Varanasi, in 1975. In this work he captured portraits in one of the most sacred cities in India.
