Tokyo is unquestionably represented as a “megalopolis”, a city of order, efficiency and continual relay of information. Yet at the same time it also an uncaring city, a city of speed and while it is a city of productivity which harnesses a great energy, it is also a cold mechanical space of anonymity. Each city has its light and its shadow, its day and its night, and this work attempts to excavate “another side of Tokyo”.
